The promotion of public benefits in urban or rural areas in situations of social and economic deprivation by introducing provision of facilitation services within the built environment to make available and improve resources for those who are in conditions of need. All these could be achieved by all or any of the following means: - Promotion of public awareness in the subject of the built environment through advancement of their knowledge and this could be obtained by one of the following methods:
- The provision of grants to individuals or groups who are interested in undertaking research or practice in the development and delivery of the built environment.
- Develop the understanding of the role of facilitation in the delivery of the built environment, specifically by the participation in funding of exhibitions/ conferences/ publications/ teaching and any other appropriate learning scenarios. Specifically the running and holding of different kind of events for the development of the built environment.
- To develop the capacity and skills (knowledge and technical-based) of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of Bangladesh.
- To benefit to the community by providing the provision and/or funding of facilitation services for community groups and other charities have similar objects in the development of solutions.
- Create a system for empowering developing communities to initiate humanitarian development that will improve the quality of life for current and future generations.
- Commit the Society system to involve a network of NGOs and appropriate "in-country" entities and resources in joint ventures to multiply the effectiveness of the built environmental development.
- Involve university students, as appropriate, empowering them to take an active role in the Social activities and projects.which enable students to learn about the application of sustainable solutions to the problems of the developing world. Participate and actively engage in civic activities like spreading environmental awareness, protecting natural habitats, helping in community development.
- To engage in and enhance co-ordination and co-operation with voluntary, non governmental, scientific and other organizations having similar aims and objectives.
- To help those professionals who are willing to do something for the community development and believes that “design is not only a luxury but also it is a matter of survival”. We will help them to realize their dream into reality with their support.
- To organize public lectures and seminars, workshop or training program on matters of built environment and infrastructural importance.
- To issue appeals and applications for money and funds in the furtherance of the said objectives and to accept gifts, donations, endowments and subscriptions of cash and securities and of any property either towards the charity activities or work.
- To enter into such agreements with Trusts, Societies, Associations, Institutions and any other bodies or groups of persons as may help to promote the objectives of the Society.
- Establish a self-sustaining charity organization that will bring a growing resource of engineering or architectural talent to assist developing communities with their fundamental needs, enterprise endeavors and community development.
- To engage in non-political, legal and peaceful acts and to undertake other activities this may help to promote the objectives of the charity.
